Both Lucky and Mae will have lesson slots available on Saturday before the workshops and on Sunday.
Private lessons are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Social Dance Only
$15 ($20 with class) at the door
Only the social dance on Saturday, with the addon option of the usual WCS Basics lesson taught by Westie Underground. No registration or pre-purchase required. Just show up at the door
If you've purchased the workshop pass above, entry to the social dance is included.
The workshops, social dance, and all private lessons will be held at our usual studio location:
1574 Walkley Rd, Ottawa
The studio is on the second floor, with parking and building entrance located at the back of the building.
Is there a prerequisite?
Yes. The Saturday workshops are not intended for brand new West Coast Swing dancers.
We require that you are comfortable dancing the common WCS basic pushes, passes, and whips to be able to participate properly in the workshops.
If you've been learning with Westie Underground, that means you've taken at least our old WCS 1 and 2 or you have taken at least 6 different lessons from our WCS Basics series. We also strongly recommend that you have already been applying the material from our classes at our social dances.
IS REGISTRATION REQUIRED?
Pre-registration is required for attending the workshops. Online registration and payment (by credit card) will be available up until the event. In-person registration (allowing payment by cash, credit, or debit) can be accepted any time we're at the studio on Tuesday and Saturday evenings.
The social dance is included in workshop registration, but if you can't make it to the workshops but still wish to attend the social dance on December 16, you may simply show up at the door and pay our usual social dance entry fee ($20 with the WCS Basics class or $15 without).
What's the refund policy?
We know just about anything can happen, and a commitment to register ahead of time can be a little scary - especially with the number of various illnesses going around.
For that reason, if you have registered and need to cancel, we will issue refunds up to the date of the event.
